Odaily星球日报讯 纽约律所 Pomerantz LLP 已在弗吉尼亚东区法院对 Strategy 公司（前 MicroStrategy）提起集体诉讼，称其在 2024 年 4 月 30 日至 2025 年 4 月 4 日期间发布了关于比特币投资策略盈利情况的虚假和误导性陈述，涉嫌违反联邦证券法。 诉讼称，Strategy 夸大了比特币投资和财务操作的盈利性，淡化了价格波动风险，并未充分披露采用 FASB 会计准则 ASU 2023-08 后对财务报表的实际影响。该准则要求以公允价值计量加密资产，取代此前仅在价格下跌时确认减值的成本减值模型。 Pomerantz 指出，公司 2025 年第一季度基于新会计准则产生了 59 亿美元的未实现亏损，导致股价下跌逾 8%，但公司仍持续发布乐观预测，并隐瞒潜在巨大亏损。目前其他投资者可在 7 月 15 日前申请加入集体诉讼。（The Block）
