Huadian Power International Issues 1 Billion Yuan Medium-Term Bonds

Huadian Power International (SHA:600027) completed the issuance of medium-term bonds worth 1 billion yuan, according to a Thursday disclosure on the Shanghai exchange.
The bonds have a term of three years, but can be extended, and a coupon rate of 1.95%, the Chinese power producer said.
Bank of China (SHA:601988, HKG:3988), Commercial Bank of China, Agricultural Bank of China (HKG:1288, SHA:601288), China Merchants Bank (HKG:3968, SHA:600036), China CITIC Bank (HKG:0998, SHA:601998), and Industrial Bank (SHA:601166) are the underwriters of the issuance.
