智通财经APP讯，海王生物(000078.SZ)发布公告，公司全资子公司深圳海王医药科技研究院有限公司(简称“海王医药研究院”)研发的HW130注射液已于近日完成I期临床试验，并取得I期临床研究报告。
HW130注射液是海王医药研究院自主研发、具有自主知识产权的新型抗肿瘤药物，分别获得国家药品监督管理局、美国FDA临床试验许可。具有肿瘤血管阻断作用以及降低肿瘤化疗治疗严重不良反应和化疗增敏作用，提升肿瘤综合治疗的临床效益;对正常器官组织的损伤轻微，具有高度的靶向性。该项目的开发，可一定程度上解决临床未被满足的临床需求，具有较大的开发潜力与市场空间。
本次临床试验为评价HW130治疗晚期恶性实体瘤患者的安全性、耐受性、药代动力学特征的剂量递增、开放的I期临床试验，分为单次给药耐受性观察和多次给药耐受性观察两个部分。本次临床研究完成了人体最大耐受剂量评估及药代动力学分析。结果表明，HW130注射液具有较好的安全性和耐受性，研究中未发生导致永久停药或提前退出试验的与研究药物相关的不良事件，未发生导致死亡的不良事件。HW130注射液I期临床试验达到预期目的，为后续临床试验探索提供了充分依据。
