This move has generated additional net proceeds of approximately $21.4 million for the company. Overall, the offering resulted in the issuance and sale of 86,250,000 ordinary shares, with total net proceeds around $162.9 million after expenses. The company plans to use these funds to purchase Ethereum. B. Riley Securities served as the sole bookrunning manager, while Clear Street, Craig-Hallum, and Northland Capital Markets acted as co-managers for the offering.
