Microchip Technology (MCHP) said Wednesday it has partnered with Nippon Chemi-Con and NetVision to deliver an Automotive Serdes Alliance Motion Link, or ASA-ML, camera-development platform for the Japanese automotive market.
The collaboration on accelerating ASA-ML adoption will help realize a standardized and scalable electronic in-vehicle networking architecture for Japan's evolving software-defined vehicle era, said Microchip Technology.
The ASA-ML ecosystem will help Japanese automotive makers speed up ASA-ML adoption in advanced driver-assistance systems applications, the company said.
