AMN Healthcare Services (AMN) said Wednesday it has sold its Smart Square scheduling software to Symplr for $75 million.
As part of the deal, Symplr paid $65 million at closing and will pay a $10 million note by the end of 2026, AMN Healthcare said.
AMN shares were 1.3% higher in recent premarket activity.
