神州数码(000034.SZ)公告称，公司于近日获悉，公司独立董事、教育部原副厅级干部彭龙先生涉嫌严重违纪违法，目前正接受中央纪委国家监委驻教育部纪检监察组纪律审查和山西省临汾市监委监察调查。彭龙先生系公司独立董事，目前除担任公司独立董事、董事会审计委员会委员、董事会战略与ESG委员会委员外，未担任公司其他职务，不参与公司日常经营管理。上述事项不会对公司生产经营活动产生重大影响。
