Odaily星球日报讯 港股上市公司京基金融国际（01468）发布公告，于 2025 年 6 月 30 日（交易时段后），公司与发行人 Amber International Holding Limited 订立认购协议，据此，发行人同意发行而公司同意认购股份，代价为约 1200 万美元。认购股份的认购价为每股认购股份 2.09 美元。据悉，认购股份为发行人发行的 574.16 万股每股面值 0.001 美元的 A 类普通股。公告称，认购事项为一项策略性财务投资，其切合集团的近期计划，包括先前成立投资委员会以监督数码资产商机。预计该投资将使公司的投资组合更多元化，进军机构加密服务领域，与其先前自愿发表的有关探索数码资产公告的内容一致。
