英国国家能源系统运营商日前发布的调查报告显示今年3月英国首都伦敦希思罗机场变电站火灾事故源于高压电气绝缘设备故障。 报告说这一故障“极有可能”是水汽渗入设备所致英国国家电网公司此前两次错过修复故障的机会。按照机场内部电力网络设计和配置若三个供电节点中任何一个失效就会导致关键运营系统供电中断机场运营因此暂停较长时间。 英国能源安全和净零排放大臣米利班德表示相关报告“令人深感忧虑”英国国家电网公司未能解决已知风险。
