智通财经APP讯，大象控股集团(08635)发布公告，于2025年7月2日(交易时间后)，配售代理与本公司订立配售协议，本公司有条件同意透过配售代理，按尽力原则，以每股配售股份0.431港元的配售价，向不少于六名承配人(其本身及其最终实益拥有人(如有)为独立第三方)配售最多8000万股配售股份。
假设本公司已发行股本由本公告日期至完成日期止期间并无变动，配售项下的最高配售股份数目占：于本公告日期本公司现有已发行股本4亿股股份的20.00%;及本公司经发行及配发最高数目配售股份扩大后已发行股本约16.67%。配售项下的最高配售股份数目的总面值将为80万港元(以每股股份面值0.01港元计算)。
每股配售股份0.431港元的配售价较：配售协议日期在联交所所报收市价每股股份0.495港元折让约12.93%;及按联交所所报相关每日收市价计算，于紧接配售协议日期前最后五个交易日的平均收市价每股股份0.538港元折让约19.89%。
预期配售的最高所得款项总额及净额将分别为约3450万港元及约3360万港元。假设所有配售股份成功配售，每股配售股份的净价将约为0.420港元。
