近日，时代骐骥新能源科技（南宁）有限公司、时代骐骥新能源科技（苏州）有限公司成立，法定代表人分别为曾凡清、宋庆龙，注册资本均为2000万人民币，经营范围均包含新兴能源技术研发、新能源汽车换电设施销售、在线能源计量技术研发、电池销售、信息系统运行维护服务等。股东信息显示，上述两公司均由宁德时代（300750）旗下时代骐骥绿能科技（深圳）有限公司全资持股。
