智通财经APP讯，洲际航天科技(01725)发布公告，郑嘉恩女士(郑女士)已辞任本公司公司秘书(公司秘书)，并将不再担任本公司于香港联合交易所有限公司(联交所)证券上市规则(上市规则)第3.05条项下的授权代表(授权代表);及本公司于香港法例第622章公司条例第16部及上市规则第19.05 (2)条项下于香港代表本公司接收法律程序文件及通知的授权代表(法律程序代理人)，自2025年7月5日起生效。
郑女士辞任后，董事会欣然宣布，余志杰先生(余先生)已获委任为公司秘书、授权代表及法律程序代理人，自2025年7月5日起生效。
