BlockBeats 消息，7 月 2 日，专注于比特币的风险投资工作室 Thesis 已收购比特币奖励平台 Lolli，具体交易未公开。
Thesis 此前曾孵化过比特币奖励平台 Fold，之后 Fold 正式分拆为一家独立公司。Fold 随后于 2024 年 7 月与 FTAC Emerald Acquisition Corp. 达成特殊目的收购公司 (SPAC) 合并，并于 2 月在纳斯达克上市，股票代码为 FLD。
Thesis 表示：“此举使 Thesis 成为比特币奖励技术的领导者，并标志着其朝着构建由比特币驱动的生活方式经济的使命迈出了重要一步，并将比特币从买入并持有的资产转变为现代去中心化经济的基础。”
Lolli 成立于 2018 年，用户可以在 50,000 多家零售商购物或玩 1,000 多款手机游戏（包括线上和店内）时赚取比特币和现金返还。
