瑞士跨国企业罗氏药厂(Roche)近日承租香港湾仔中环广场中低层一个建筑面积约9,000平方呎的单位，月租约40.5万港元，呎租约45港元，属市场水平。据悉，罗氏药厂自2011年起多次更换办公地点，公司曾于2011年租用铜锣湾利园嘉兰中心全层，面积达1.5万平方呎，其后一度迁至东九龙，承租九龙湾周大福保险中心全层，楼面面积扩至1.6万平方呎。今次重回港岛区，虽然承租楼面有所减少，惟料可节省租金开支，属升级搬迁。
