Goodman Group (ASX:GMG) August results are set to deliver positive catalysts, with potential expansion of its data centre pipeline and progress on capital partnerships, according to a Wednesday report by The Australian, citing Citi.
Citi analyst Howard Penny said planning submissions suggest Goodman may have over 470 megawatts (MW) of data centre projects underway in New South Wales, significantly more than the 90MW the company has publicly disclosed.
Penny also highlighted similar momentum in Goodman's global data centre pipeline, and sees strong potential for securing capital from investors.
Shares of the company rose 2% in recent Wednesday trade.
