格隆汇7月4日丨FIRST CREDIT(08215.HK)公告，于2025年6月24日，公司收到联交所函件，当中列明以下额外复牌指引：重新遵守GEM上市规则第5.05(1)条、第5.28条及第5.34条公司必须符合复牌指引及额外复牌指引、对导致其停牌的问题作出补救以及全面遵守GEM上市规则至令联交所满意，才可恢复其股份买卖。就此而言，公司须承担主要责任，制订复牌行动计划。尽管公司可向联交所索取复牌计划指引，其复牌计划毋须经过联交所事先同意即可推行。倘公司情况有变，联交所或会修订或补充复牌指引。
