周一（7月7日）小菜园午后走高涨超5%，截至发稿，涨5.51%，报10.72港元，成交额5602.68万港元。
消息面上，刚刚过去的周末，平台外卖大战再次拉开帷幕，7月5日晚间，阿里、美团两大平台放出了大量且大额的外卖红包券。华鑫证券研报指出，在外卖爆发利好与旺季催化下，餐饮供应链可低位布局。餐饮链端重点关注小菜园，公司同店6月正增长，供应链保障充足，中央工厂（铜陵/昆山）+14个前置分仓覆盖，支撑千家店规模，2025年/2026门店目标800+/1000+家。
东吴证券表示，小菜园定位大众便民中餐，坚持全直营，主打“好吃便宜”健康家常菜。“到店+到家”场景全覆盖，外卖收入占比38.6%。公司稳步进行区域扩张，以华东区域为中心进行区域扩张，并加速进军一线及新一线城市。该行称，基于可比公司2025-2027年平均PE为22/18/15倍，小菜园被显著低估，首次覆盖予以“买入”评级。
