Kincora Copper (ASX: KCC) said it intends to raise CA$4 million through a placement at CA$0.30 per share, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
Proceeds will be used to fund drilling at the company's projects and for working capital, the filing said.
Shares of the company rose 12% at market close.
