中华煤气(00003.HK) 与荷兰皇家孚宝集团签署战略合作协议，双方将在绿色甲醇生产、储存、加注及产品交易等领域开展合作，聚焦中国内地、香港及亚太区市场，预期可推动航运业绿色低碳转型。
煤气公司将透过自有技术，利用其废旧轮胎及农林废弃物转化为绿色甲醇，结合孚宝集团的的储运基础设施及沿海港口网络，将绿色甲醇运送至各地，建绿色甲醇储运一体化网络。华东地区方面，双方将以上海、宁波两大国际港口为中心，加强物流储存与加注设施建设的协作。而针对渤海湾区，双方的合作将以天津为战略支点。煤气公司计划将中国北部生产基地的绿色甲醇输送至孚宝集团当地的储罐区储存，通过其分销网络实现资源调配。
双方亦会以新加坡、越南、日韩等亚太区市场为重点出口目的地，加速拓展海外业务。煤气公司营运总裁-绿色燃料及化工岑文辉表示，旗下内蒙古绿色甲醇厂年产能至年底将由10万吨增至15万吨，并计划于2028年扩至30万吨，未来目标年产能达100万吨。(gc/w)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-07-04 16:25。)
