Urban Partners' real estate arm, Nrep, and StepStone Real Estate, the real estate arm of StepStone Group, announced the sale of a portfolio of five grocery-anchored retail properties and two adjacent residential properties in Greater Copenhagen. This portfolio has been acquired by a joint venture between Slate Asset Management and OneIM. This marks Slate's first investment in Denmark, expanding their portfolio in essential real estate assets in Europe. Nrep highlighted the properties' attractive locations, reliable occupancy, and significant ESG potential as key factors in the transaction.
