IT之家 7 月 7 日消息，据芯流汽车今日援引知情人士消息，Momenta 正组建团队，进军无人配送车战场。
据佐思汽研《2024 城市领航辅助驾驶（NOA）技术发展与市场研究报告》，Momenta 在中国城区 NOA 市场占有率已达 60.1%。
报道认为，Momenta正暴露出上市冲刺前的深度焦虑，公司的软件算法积累可以较快赋能其无人配送领域的转型，但这片看似蓝海的市场却在逐渐变红。
IT之家注意到，2024 年 6 月，证监会网站显示，Momenta Global Limited（梦腾智驾环球有限公司）通过境内运营实体魔门塔（苏州）科技有限公司（Momenta）提交的境外发行上市备案材料，获证监会收悉。其中，Momenta 拟发行不超过 6335.29 万股普通股，并在美国纳斯达克证券交易所或纽约证券交易所上市。然而，该公司目前尚未有 IPO 新进展的消息，最新一轮融资仍停留在 2021 年的 C 轮融资。
