Blackstone Minerals Ltd (ASX股票代码:BSX)周三宣布向高级和机构投资者以每股0.078澳元发行价配售2.9亿份缴足普通股，成功募集2260万澳元，其中对菲律宾早期采矿项目有丰富经验的麦格理银行承诺作为基石投资者对BSX注资500万澳元。

根据公告，此次所募资金专门用于推进BSX位于菲律宾的世界级Mankayan铜金项目5万米金钢石钻探作业，重点是扩大Mankayan已然庞大的高品位铜金斑岩系统。

今年以来BSX股价涨幅接近200%。

Blackstone Minerals董事总经理Scott Williamson表示，经过全球路演和非常成功的融资，我可以确信像Mankayan这样的资产备受追捧，吸引了最有资质的投资者。
