本报讯（记者 孙奇茹）记者昨日获悉，“百度AIDU计划”招聘岗位近日同比增长超过60%，扩招重点聚焦自动驾驶、大模型等人工智能前沿技术，覆盖23个核心业务板块及11类研究方向。
作为国内AI技术布局较早的科技企业之一，百度创始人李彦宏在今年4月举办的Create 2025开发者大会上，提出五年内培养1000万AI人才的目标。据了解，百度过去5年累计培养的500万AI人才中，超六成进入智能制造、智慧交通等实体经济领域。
以自动驾驶出行平台“萝卜快跑”为例，不少新职业岗位正在涌现。记者注意到，萝卜快跑发布的相关岗位涵盖测试员、云端安全员、调度指挥官、地面勤务人员等。据人社部发布的19个新职业分类中，“智能网联汽车测试员”“智能网联汽车装调运维员”等岗位已被正式纳入职业目录体系。
萝卜快跑相关负责人表示，其招聘中对具备出租车、公交车、网约车等运营经验的传统司机设有优先录用机制。目前，平台已在北京、武汉等全国十多个城市开展常态化服务。
