智通财经APP获悉，香港中旅(00308)一度涨超13%，截至发稿，涨9.27%，报1.65港元，成交额7.23亿港元。
消息面上，今年6月26日，香港特区政府发表《香港数字资产发展政策宣言 2.0》，重申特区政府致力将香港打造成数字资产领域中的全球创新中心。新一份政策宣言提出“LEAP”框架，重点包括优化法律与监管，以及扩展代币化产品种类。中航证券表示，香港《数字资产政策宣言2.0》同步推进，鼓励稳定币在跨境支付、旅游门票RWA化等场景落地，为中资科技企业探索离岸人民币稳定币试点提供政策支持。
此前6月26日晚，香港中旅发布公告称，为进一步聚焦发展战略，优化公司业务结构，实现本公司股东价值最大化，董事局持续对公司的业务布局及组合进行不定期的研究和战略检视。截至公告日期，公司尚未就任何建议作出决定，且概无保证战略检视过程将导致任何将予公告或完成的交易。
