IT之家 7 月 5 日消息，消息源 @Jukanlosreve 昨日（7 月 4 日）在 X 平台发布推文，曝料称高通已取消了三星的 2nm 工艺代工计划，不再委托其生产第二代骁龙 8 至尊版芯片。

高通内部列表中，此前对第二代骁龙 8 至尊版芯片（基础型号编号 SM8850），有 2 个版本：一种是台积电制造的 3 纳米版本（编号为 8850-T），另一种是三星基于 2 纳米技术制造的版本（编号为 8850-S）。

而最新消息称高通内部已不再区分版本，只剩下基础的 SM8850 型号，推测指的是台积电制造的 3 纳米芯片。

IT之家援引科技媒体 Android Headline 观点，认为从种种迹象表明，高通第二代骁龙 8 至尊版可能完全依赖台积电代工。

此外还有消息称，高通上调了第二代骁龙 8 至尊版芯片原型的价格，现在对感兴趣的公司来说，成本高达 15000 美元。

消息源还透露高通正在研发 SM8845 芯片，预估为骁龙 8s Gen 5 芯片，但目前尚不清楚具体规格细节。
