欧洲央行理事会成员Mario Centeno对Econostream表示，欧洲央行面临的最大危险是通胀跌到其2%目标之下。

　　“目前的主要风险是（通胀）跌破目标，”这位葡萄牙官员在7月2日接受采访时说道，“如果未来几个季度经济增长持平，投资没有回升，通胀率仍然接近1%，我们就不得不做点什么。”采访内容于周一发表。

　　他还表示进一步降息的幅度和时间很难说。

　　关于欧元近期上涨，他表示：“如果经济确实没有足够的实力支撑欧元升值，那么欧元将会出现回调，或者至少会出现一定程度的贬值”。
