智通财经APP获悉，中国金融租赁(02312)午后涨超20%，截至发稿，涨20.18%，报1.31港元，成交额1419.81万港元。
消息面上，今年6月，中国金融租赁公布，原股东林树松及首都创投完成向独立第三方Longling Capital(要约人)转让合共34.96%权益，涉及1.21亿股，总代价4608万港元。因此，要约人须按例提出强制性全面要约，每股现金0.38港元，较停牌前收报溢价13.43%，涉资约8574万港元。
值得关注的是，要约人由美图公司创始人兼单一最大股东蔡文胜最终实益拥有。公告明确，要约截止后，其计划维持公司的上市地位。公告中指出，蔡文胜表示有意将集团打造成资产管理平台，重点投资于香港的科技孵化公司，并加大在人工智能、Web3产业及数字资产金融产品等领域的投资力度，致力于将集团发展为世界级的投资控股集团。
