金吾财讯 | 新能源汽车股午后跑出，零跑汽车(09863)涨4.05%，理想汽车-W(02015)涨3.28%，小鹏汽车-W(09868)涨2.60%，长城汽车(02333)涨0.46%，蔚来-SW(09866)涨0.38%。国家发展改革委办公厅等四部门发布《关于促进大功率充电设施科学规划建设的通知》。其中提出，结合当地经济发展水平、新能源汽车推广力度和电力资源分布，以即充即走场景为重点，因地制宜、适度超前、科学合理做好大功率充电设施发展布局。省级牵头负责充电设施发展的部门要会同其他相关部门在充电网络规划中合理确定大功率充电设施发展目标和建设任务，根据需要适时制定大功率充电设施专项规划，联合交通运输主管部门等优先明确高速公路服务区场景下的建设计划，率先对重大节假日期间利用率超过40%的充电设施实施大功率改造。规划编制要遵循市场规律，做好预测论证，并与国土空间规划、配电网规划、交通规划做好衔接，实现大功率充电网络与现有各类型充电设施的协同发展。到2027年底，力争全国范围内大功率充电设施超过10万台，服务品质和技术应用实现迭代升级。
