智通财经APP获悉，太平洋航运(02343)午后跌超4%，截至发稿，跌3.77%，报2.04港元，成交额3772.13万港元。
消息面上，太平洋航运上月底公布，拓维集团有限公司确认，最近数周，拓维于市场上收购了一系列太平洋航运股份。截至2025年6月23日收市，拓维共持有太平洋航运约8.175亿股股份，约占太平洋航运已发行股本总额16%。因此，拓维已成为太平洋航运的单一最大股东。
大摩表示，太平洋航运今年迄今现货市场表现疲弱，其经营的小灵便型和超灵便型干散货船运费分别平均按年下降22%和34%，一年期租赁运费自年初以来略有下降，且价格与现货运费基本持平，显示市场对未来12个月的现货表现缺乏乐观预期。该行认为，上半年及全年盈利预计将按年显著下降，但相信已反映在股价中。
