智通财经APP讯，华润医疗(01515)公布，公司已于2025年6月就燕化IOT协议争议向北京市第二中级人民法院提交立案申请，要求法院判决解除燕化IOT协议，并判令燕化凤凰和╱或燕化医院支付相关违约赔偿款项以及返还燕化IOT协议下相关款项。公司近日已收到由北京市第二中级人民法院发出的送达文书，确认法院已于2025年6月24日对新诉讼正式立案。
