智通财经APP获悉，光伏股集体回落，截至发稿，信义光能(00968)跌4.86%，报2.74港元；福莱特玻璃(06865)跌3.88%，报9.67港元；新特能源(01799)跌3.19%，报5.77港元；信义玻璃(00868)跌2.64%，报8.11港元。
消息面上，中央财经委员会第六次会议将“无序竞争”问题提上议程，明确提出加快落后产能退出，推动行业向高质量方向发展。光伏行业率先响应，头部光伏玻璃企业宣布自7月起主动减产30%，以缓解行业结构性压力。工信部于7月3日召集制造业重点企业召开座谈会，部领导强调要加强产品质量、提升产业结构效能，并推动行业进入有序、可持续发展通道。
值得注意的是，据证券时报报道，在行业形成“反内卷”共识的同时，多个产业链环节已经开始探索市场化产能出清的路径。但有企业负责人向记者反馈，光伏行业产能出清推进起来十分复杂。举例而言，光伏制造企业往往是全国性产业布局，在多个省市设有生产基地，如果要关闭一些产能，必然涉及地方利益。另外一位行业人士也向记者反馈说，部分产业链环节的厂商被地方政府要求复产，甚至一些原本计划减产的基地，也被要求不得减产。
