官媒新华社周五报导援引该调研组并称，上半年全国新房和二手房交易总量同比增长，房地产市场总体保持稳定态势。二手房交易占比逐步提高，多个省份二手房交易量超过新房，房地产市场呈现新的特点。
* 中国官媒--经济日报周日头版刊文称，要加强对“好房子”项目的保障力度，加大优质地块供应；鼓励通过企业合作开发等方式，优化建筑工程设计方案，支持技术研发和创新；并为符合标准的项目提供融资便利。（完）
