0235 GMT - Singapore's latest property cooling measures, are unlikely to have a major impact on the overall property sentiment, say Commerzbank analysts and economists in a note. The measures announced last week aims at curbing short-term property speculation and sub-sale transactions, they add. "They may only affect a minority of owners but not the majority of owner-occupants or investors," Commerzbank says. Singapore property stocks are mixed. UOL Group is down 1.1% and City Developments is 0.9% lower, while Mapletree Industrial Trust is up 0.5%. (amanda.lee@wsj.com)
