2025年7月4日，中诚信国际公布评级报告，甘肃省农垦集团有限责任公司2023年度第一期中期票据(乡村振兴)跟踪评级获“AAA”评级。
本次跟踪维持主体及债项上次评级结论，主要基于甘肃省农垦集团有限责任公司（以下简称“甘肃农垦”或“公司”）业务多元化程度较高、资源控制力很强、土地资源丰富、农业种植板块稳步经营、银行授信充足以及融资渠道畅通等方面的优势。同时中诚信国际也关注到农产品种植易受自然灾害影响、畜牧业务受市场行情影响仍处于亏损状态、经营业绩有待改善、债务规模持续增加、短期偿债压力及应收款项回收风险等因素对其经营和整体信用状况造成的影响。本次债项信用等级充分考虑了甘肃省国有资产投资集团有限公司（以下简称“甘肃国投”）提供的全额无条件不可撤销的连带责任保证担保对本次跟踪债项还本付息的保障作用。
中诚信国际认为，甘肃省农垦集团有限责任公司信用水平在未来12~18个月内将保持稳定。
