针对 OpenAI 紧急驳斥称并未向 Robinhood 授权并表示所谓“OpenAI 代币”并非 OpenAI 股权，Robinhood 发言人表示，OpenAI 代币将通过 Robinhood 在 SPV 中的所有权，为投资者提供间接投资 OpenAI 的机会，这意味着 Robinhood 并没有直接持有 OpenAI 股份，只是通过某 SPV 间接持股，然后将 OpenAI 代币的价格与该 SPV 持有的 OpenAI 股份价值挂钩。
现阶段，Robinhood、Bybit 与 Kraken 三家交易平台均未面向美国客户开展美股代币化服务，而 Coinbase 已向美国证券交易委员会（SEC）提交试点申请，拟向美国客户提供股票代币化交易服务，目前需待美 SEC 批准。
