路透7月7日 - 据荷兰《金融日报》周日报导，荷兰Dsm-firmenich公司DSFIR.AS即将出售其动物营养业务，预计私募股权公司CVCCVC.AS、ApolloAPO.N和荷兰竞争对手Nutreco将提出最终报价。
报导称，潜在买家可在 7 月 24 日之前提交具有约束力的报价，dsm-firmenich 的目标是在今年夏天完成交易。
