China Baoli to Again Extend Rights Issue Placing Period; Shares Fall 3%

China Baoli Technologies (HKG:0164) said it would again extend the placing period for its proposed rights issue, according to a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing.

Shares fell nearly 3% in morning trade Monday.

The rights issue offers four new shares for every one existing share. The media firm said it would announce a revised timeline in due course.

The company previously expected to complete the placement and settlement by July 9, with trading in the new shares starting on July 11.
