Perenti (ASX:PRN) said it will redeem all outstanding $103 million senior unsecured notes due October on July 18, using a mix of cash and existing debt facilities, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

The notes will be repaid at their full principal amount, in addition to any interest accrued up to the redemption date, the filing said.

The move aligns with the company's capital strategy to use free cash flow to drive growth, strengthen the balance sheet, and boost shareholder returns through dividends and buybacks, the filing added.
