本报讯 记者邓磊报道 近日，官渡区关上街道与昆明文旅集团签订战略合作框架协议，双方将以持续丰富文旅业态、打造优质文旅产品为目标，共同推动关上片区加快打造全国知名文旅目的地和全市旅游集散中心。
2024年以来，关上街道梳理整合双桥夜市、木水花野生菌市场、野生菌美食街区等品牌文旅资源，编制《关上街道文旅特色街区发展规划（2025年—2027年）》，按照系统谋划、分段实施、以点带面的思路加快推进重点文旅项目建设。昆明市文旅集团有限责任公司致力于推动昆明文旅产业高质量发展，是打造集投、融、运等功能于一体的文旅资源整合运营商。
根据框架协议，双方将加强战略合作，在文旅项目开发与运营、品牌推广与营销、文商旅融合发展、智慧文旅建设等方面开展全方位、多领域、深层次合作。通过做优做强食菌季、市场游、夜市文化等特色旅游产品，加快推进昆明野生菌美食文化特色街区、双桥夜市特色文旅街区、木水花云菌市场游、昆明旅游集散中心等项目建设，推动关上片区“吃、住、行、游、娱、购”全产业链发展。
