IT之家 7 月 6 日消息，博主“向北不断电”7 月 3 日再次向长城汽车发布道歉信，称其接到法院电话，要求执行抖音平台对长城汽车的道歉置顶 15 天声明。

该博主称，因为早在 4 月 22 日判决下达之日，他就在各大平台发布了道歉声明，但尴尬的是，在抖音平台的内容，被长城汽车投诉下架，导致未能置顶达到 15 日，这其中必然存在一些误会，故本人再次发表说明和致歉声明，希望借此机会解除双方误会。

2023 年长城汽车发起诉讼，要求赔偿 300 万元人民币，保定莲池区法院受理此案。今年四月，法院下发判决，法院认为“原告主张因名誉权造成其经济损失 300 万元，但未提交证据予以证明，亦未提交证据证明被告因此获得的利益情况”，故判决该博主赔偿长城汽车各项费用总计 15200 元，并且删除相关内容，在各大平台置顶道歉声明 15 日。

IT之家查询获悉，长城汽车网络举报中心曾在 2023 年 9 月发文宣布，长城汽车已正式启动针对“向北不断电”“向东北”“大眼哥说车”“正能量爱国说车”“只投龙头 BYD”“电电加电聊电车”六个账号的诉讼程序，鉴于六个账号均存在涉嫌严重侵权行为，长城汽车将向上述账号运营主体分别索赔 200 万元-500 万元。
