《共和报》援引意大利时尚零售商 OVS 公司首席执行官斯特凡诺・贝拉尔多的话报道称，在收购内衣及沙滩装企业 Goldenpoint 之后，OVS 不排除进行更多收购的可能性。
贝拉尔多周日在接受该报采访时表示，OVS “财务状况稳健”，因此能够在机会出现时对其进行评估。他称公司 “有很多事情要做”，并非专门在寻求收购。
OVS 于 6 月宣布全面收购 Goldenpoint，加快了两个月前签署的具有约束力协议中的中间步骤。
在采访中，贝拉尔多未证实有关 OVS 可能有意收购 Kasanova SpA 的报道。Kasanova 是一家陷入困境的家居及家用产品供应商。他表示，当有需要传达的信息时，公司会发布公告。
