7月6日上午消息，知名财经作家吴晓波带领近百位企业家参访合肥蔚来先进制造新桥二工厂。在参访过程中，蔚来创始人、董事长、CEO李斌坦言，创业以来的错误决策还是挺多的，如果重来一次，肯定整个公司很多事情会比现在做的更好，这本身也是个成长的过程。

　　李斌谈到，只要做，就可能错，关键是要实事求是，对就是对，错就是错；第二就是要有错就改，不能明知道错了还嘴硬，不能死要面子活受罪，把公司耽误了；第三，怎么定义错和对，哪些东西该坚持，哪些东西该改变？很多时候大家把执行的错误认为是方向的错误。

　　他表示，在方向想清楚的情况下，要坚定信心。
