最新公布的最新数据显示，今年上半年伦敦的首次公开募股融资额降至至少 30 年来的最低水平，这再次引发了人们对英国作为全球资本中心吸引力逐渐减弱的质疑。

　　根据Dealogic提供的最新数据，2025年上半年在伦敦证券市场进行的五次首次公开募股共筹集资金 1.6 亿英镑（约合 2.186 亿美元）。这是自 1995 年 Dealogic开始收集数据以来，伦敦上半年首次公开募股所募集资金的最低水平。

数据显示，即便在 2008 年金融危机之后，2009 年上半年仍有两家伦敦公司的首次公开募股（IPO）成功筹集到了 2.22 亿英镑。

今年伦敦规模最大的首次公开募股是专业服务公司 MHA 的上市。该公司于 4 月在另类投资市场（AIM）首次亮相，募集资金 9800 万英镑。

今年伦敦的股市表现低迷，这进一步加剧了这座城市在努力维持其作为全球资本首选目的地之一的昔日辉煌地位方面的困境。
