智通财经APP获悉，KULR科技集团(KULR.US)周二宣布，已与Coinbase Global(COIN.US)旗下子公司Coinbase Credit达成2000万美元信贷额度协议。
根据协议，双方将建立一项可多次提取的贷款安排，初始总额最高达2000万美元，KULR在信贷协议生效后即可动用该额度。
该公司计划运用此次融资资金为其战略性比特币囤积目标提供资金支持。
KULR科技集团表示，通过该信贷额度借入的资金将以公司持有的部分比特币作为抵押。
KULR将自己描述为一家"比特币优先公司"，为太空、航空航天和国防板块提供能源存储解决方案。自2024年底以来，该公司已将比特币作为其财务计划中的主要资产，并承诺将高达90%的多余现金用于购买比特币。
截至发稿，KULR科技集团美股盘前上涨5.1%，Coinbase盘前上涨1.3%。
