智通财经APP获悉，阜博集团(03738)早盘涨超5%，截至发稿，涨5.22%，报3.63港元，成交额7570.75万港元。
消息面上，阜博集团公布，集团与上影集团旗下上海电影集团影视文化投资发展有限公司签署战略合作协议，双方将在内容资产运营平台、短剧产业运营中心、全球视频中心等领域深度合作，旨在发挥双方在数字文化内容产业的各自优势，共同创造更大的商业价值。该合作被认为是阜博集团数字内容资产交易能力的重要落地应用之一。
值得注意的是，阜博集团此前发布公告，集团已成功完成Vobile MAX数字内容资产交易平台的市场测试。 Vobile MAX平台现已具备支持微短剧内容等大量实体资产(RWA)的并发确权及交易能力，释放数字内容资产的流动性价值。公开资料显示，2020年，蚂蚁集团通过定增投资阜博集团成为其主要股东，若蚂蚁稳定币落地，阜博作为其版权交易业务的核心合作伙伴，将直接受益于支付场景的扩容。
