格隆汇7月7日丨华津国际控股(02738.HK)发布公告，2025年6月份，集团与广东省江门市新会区国有资产监督管理委员会下属企业广东新控能源科技有限公司(“广东新控”)签订《装卸作业服务委托协议书》。根据协议，广东新控指定由集团在华津码头承接其码头装卸作业并提供承包服务。董事会预期，该协议的签订将为华津码头业务带来协同效应，并有助于提升码头的整体营运使用率。
