智通财经APP讯，爱得威建设集团(06189)公布，根据《上市规则》第13.24条规定，发行人须具备足够水准的业务运作及资产规模。基于目前公司业务拓展和目前进行的破产重整仍存在一定的不确定性，未能向联交所充分证明能够维持足够水准的业务运作及资产规模，未能完全符合规则要求的持续上市条件，因此公司已暂被裁定未能遵守《上市规则》第13.24条。
除非公司根据《上市规则》第2B章赋予的权利对本决定提出复核申请，否则公司股份将于2025年7月16日(即本决定日期起计七个营业日届满后)暂停买卖。若提出复复核申请，公司会另行刊发相关公告。
