　　亦辰集团（08365）公布，于2025年7月4日，该公司拟向刘文基出售雅博策略顾问有限公司全部已发行股本，代价为350万港元，将透过抵销集团应付目标公司款项300万港元的方式结算及50万港元，将以现金支付及结算。

　　据悉，目标公司主要从事提供商业顾问服务。
