智通财经APP讯，新华汇富金融(00188)公布，于2025年7月5日，该公司全资附属公司 Kingsway Lion Spur Technology Limited 作为卖方与买方Longling Capital Ltd就有关出售 117,898,595 股中国新经济投资股份签订买卖协议，根据公开资料，该等股份于本公告日期占中国新经济投资全部已发行股份约 8.93%，交易代价为1249.7万港元，即每股中国新经济投资股份为0.106港元。
据悉，Longling Capital Ltd由蔡文胜先生实益拥有。
