新浪科技讯 7月7日中午消息，天眼查法律诉讼信息显示，7月4日，极越汽车关联公司上海集度汽车有限公司新增一则被执行人信息，执行标的1.01亿余元，涉及金融借款合同纠纷案件，执行法院为上海市浦东新区人民法院。

　　上海集度汽车有限公司成立于2021年11月，法定代表人为夏一平，注册资本4亿美元，经营范围包括新能源汽车整车销售、汽车零部件及配件制造、汽车零配件批发、汽车零配件零售、汽车装饰用品销售、润滑油销售等，由集度汽车（香港）有限公司全资持股。

　　另外，极越CEO夏一平微博近日重新更新，7月6日，他接连转发两条动态，一条为前极越车主对极越的祝福，另一条则为极越官方发布的“关于用户关心的问题说明（第十六次）”。
